I have now being doing at least 20 minutes exercise everyday and I feel great. I have lost a total of 20 Kilos and exercise is key part of this change. Looking forward to the next challenge. (Feedback 6-months after the challenge)

I had a fantastic time participating in the 15 Minute challenge! It was a great way to get to know my colleagues in a social (and slightly competitive!) manner and logging my 15 minutes each day kept me accountable throughout the six weeks. Plus, our regular running club gained a number of new members. I will definitely participate again next year!
