I really enjoyed the 15 minute challenge. Pushed me to compete against other co-workers and work together to compete against the other teams. I lost 6.5 kilos over the course of the 6 weeks and have continued the good habits I picked up during the competition. The challenge did a great job kicking my backside into gear.
Great reminder as you go about your busy work day to make the time to exercise. Had such a positive effect on me. In this crazy world we live in it is so important to take time for yourself not only for physical well-being but for mental well-being as well.
Being part of a team for the 15 minute challenge has really encouraged me to lift my game and put the time in to be active every day. It's helped me change my outlook on what can be done in a short space of time to improve my overall health.

Set some really great additional workout times to my busy schedule and showed how easy it is to find 15 Minutes everyday. Definitely developed some new habits that I will keep going long after the challenge finishes. Highly recommend.
I already had a fitness routine, but the 15-minute challenge made me think about all the opportunities to get 15 minutes of exercise into my day that would otherwise go wasted. I walked much, much more and have continued to do so. While it's fun to compete with other teams, the real benefit is to your habits.
The 15-Minute Challenge motivated a lot of our team members to exercise more than usual, building healthier habits that most have continued on even after the challenge completed. It also brought us together as a team and gave everyone a fun shared goal. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to others.
Thanks Team for allowing me to be apart of Such a great group Challenge. Not only did it create Momentum but also allowed me to interact more with my Team and Family, giving me that drive to push further. We all live busy lives and we find we just feel as if we don't have the time to invest in ourselves given that Work and Home have us actively occupied within our daily Roles, but as a group, we encourage each other by sharing experiences and showing how only 15 minutes a day is achievable, not just with the Team but with our Family. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate and I will definitely be jumping on board the Next.
