Who knew that 15 minutes could have such a significant effect? This challenge was like magic—it got me moving, gave me more energy, and cleared my mind. I am sleeping better and feeling more focused now that I set aside these fifteen minutes every day for "me-time," or self-care.

Prior to working at Hearing Australia I worked in Aged Care for 21 years which taught me the importance of good health and fitness to have a quality life, which for many years has been an important part of my life. When I saw the 15 Minute Challenge, I asked colleagues who would be interested in participating, not because of proposed awards but to help me strengthen relationships with colleagues, as I am fairly new at Hearing Australia. The 15 minute challenge had two results for me: • It helped me build stronger relationships with my colleagues, and • It urged me to push myself even higher levels of fitness, which Being in my senior years in life has enabled me to have a much better outlook in life so I am able to spend quality time running around with my grandkids, plus it also builds resilience and a stronger healthier immune system.

I exercise a lot-Running, Yoga, Pilate, Dancing... However, I never thought I would commit exercise daily for 6 weeks. I am proud of myself and colleagues who participated this challenge. It is now my daily routine -20-30 minutes Yoga or Pilate first thing in the morning and 40 minutes jogging or walking my dogs after work. Feel great!! Thanks for this challenge opportunity!!

I often tell myself I don't have time to do things because I have three primary school aged children. I was reluctant to join the 15 minute challenge but I took a leap of faith and did. It proved me wrong, I do have time for 15 minutes of exercise if I put my mind to it. And exercising doesn't have to be at the gym, it can be in stretched in a dark room when you are putting your kids to bed! All in all a wonderful experience, great sense of community with my wonderful team and will participate next year!

I have always been active and love participating in any team activities. This challenge inspired me to go the extra mile and make a difference in building team events. Each day I would make an extra effort to push myself to achieve more activities and excited to complete each day, even when I didn't feel the best. The mornings I looked forward to recording the activity on the app. Thank you for creating an activity that inspires individuals to be a better self. I look forward to the next one.

I decided to participate in the 15 minute challenge as it has been a very stressful time at work lately and I needed to refocus on 'Me'. The 15 minute challenge helped me to refocus my brain and body and I feel so much better for it. I enjoyed taking time outside with my family instead of being a couch Potato like I have been lately. My kids loved to re-energised mum that they hadn't seen in 6 months. I will definitely participate in future ones.
